How do I use the Autocomplete feature?

Purpose: 
To enable therapists to efficiently create and use pre-defined text phrases for faster clinical documentation in HelloNote EMR.

Scope: 
This feature covers:

• Accessing the autocomplete phrase library
• Searching existing autocomplete phrases
• Creating new text shortcuts for clinical notes

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Settings > Autocomplete Phrases
2. To use existing phrases:
   1. Search the library for relevant phrases
   2. Select phrases while documenting
3. To create new phrases:
   1. Click New (top-right corner)
   2. Enter your frequently used text
   3. Save the new autocomplete phrase

The autocomplete feature in the settings is a library of all autocomplete phrases that users create. These autocomplete phrases can be used by therapists when writing notes, making it easier to complete notes in an efficient manner.

You can search the different autocomplete phrases in the settings as well as create new ones using the "New" button in the top right.
