How do I use Referrals reports?

Purpose: 
To generate and filter comprehensive reports of all patient referrals within HelloNote EMR for tracking and analysis purposes.

Scope: 
This report feature covers:

• Generating complete referral lists
• Filtering by: 
  • Referral type 
  • Chart type 
  • Date range
• Viewing referral analytics

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Reports > Referrals
2. Apply filters as needed:
   1. Select referral type
   2. Choose chart type
   3. Set date range
3. Generate report
4. Review or export referral data

Note: 
All referral data is pulled from active patient records in your system

With this report, you can generate a list of all referrals in your office. You can do this by using the referral type and chart type filters as well as filter by date.
