How to upload the ERA from Inovalon to Hellonote?

Purpose:

To enable users to import Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) files from Inovalon clearinghouse into HelloNote EMR for automated payment posting and claim reconciliation.

Procedure:

1. Access Inovalon ERA Files:
   1. Log in to Inovalon
   2. Navigate to: Collection > Remit Payments
2. Import to HelloNote:
   1. Open HelloNote
   2. Go to: Billing > Claims > Import > ERA/835
   3. Click Import File
   4. Select the ERA file
   5. Click Import

Open Hellonote > Go to Billing > Claims > Import > ERA/835



Click Import File > Choose file > Import
