What is the Reminder Status?
Purpose:
To verify and manage patient communication preferences (SMS/Email reminders) and manually trigger additional reminders when needed.
Scope:
This report allows users to:
- Check patients’ enrolled reminder methods (SMS and/or Email)
- Search patients by name
- Send ad-hoc reminders via the Send Notification button
Procedure:
- Navigate to Reports → Reminder Status
- Search for a patient by name
- View their current reminder preferences (SMS/Email)
- To send an additional reminder:
- Click Send Notification (right side of the patient’s entry)
- Confirm the action

Using the reminder status report, users can search patients by name to confirm whether the patients signed up for SMS or Email reminders. Additionally, users can send additional reminders to patients using the Send Notification Button on the right.
