How do I use the schedule statistics ?

Purpose: 
To analyze and report on visit attendance patterns and scheduling metrics within HelloNote EMR.

Scope: 
This report provides:

• Summary of visit statistics
• Attendance type calculations
• Visit type breakdowns
• Filtering by: 
  • Date ranges 
  • Specific patients

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Reports > Schedule Statistics
2. Apply filters as needed:
   1. Select date range
   2. Choose specific patient(s)
3. Generate report
4. Review statistical breakdown

This report shows a summary of the visit statistics from the attendance type calculation to visit types. You can also filter by date and patient using this report.
