What is the Treatment/CPT in Settings?

Purpose: 
To maintain and manage the clinic's CPT code library within HelloNote EMR, including all treatment code details and configurations.

PLEASE NOTE: When adding or editing CPT Codes, make sure to select the Case Types and Note Types you want to have the CPT Code show.

Scope: 
This section covers:

• Viewing and managing all available CPT codes
• Accessing code details (description, case type, group, timing, fee, discipline)
• Adding new treatment codes to the system

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Settings > Treatment/CPT
2. To view code details:
   1. Browse the CPT code library
   2. Review all associated information for each code
3. To add new treatments:
   1. Click New Treatment (top-right corner)
   2. Enter all required code information
   3. Select the Group
   4. Select the Discipline where the CPT can be used
   5. Select the Note Type where the CPT Code can be used.
   6. Save the new treatment code

The treatment/CPT tab under settings keeps information about all CPT codes available in HelloNote. The code library includes information such as the description, case type, group, timing, fee, and discipline of the code (see image below). New treatments can be added by clicking the "New Treatment" button in the top right.
