Trouble finalizing Evaluation Note due to unit error

Purpose: 
To resolve unit errors that prevent finalizing evaluation notes by verifying correct CPT code configuration in HelloNote EMR.

Scope: 
This solution addresses:

• Evaluation note finalization failures
• CPT code configuration issues
• Specific error for code 92507

Procedure:

1. Identify the CPT code causing the error (e.g., 92507)
2. Navigate to Settings > Treatments/CPT
3. Locate the problematic CPT code
4. Verify "Evaluation only" is checked for the code
5. Save changes if modifications were made

To work on this error message check on the CPT code 



For this example the code 92507 may not be checked as an Evaluation code in Settings >Treatments/CPT

As shown on the image below make sure that Evaluation only is checked.
