How to add Goals?

Purpose: 
To enable therapists to manage and apply treatment goals within clinical documentation in HelloNote EMR.

Scope: 
This section covers:

• Searching existing therapy goals
• Creating new treatment goals
• Goal application in clinical notes

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Settings > Goals
2. To create a new goal:
   1. Click Add Goal (top-right corner)
   2. Enter goal details
   3. Save the new goal

The goals section of the settings is used to search different goals that can be applied to notes therapists write. In order to create a new goal, click the "Add Goal" button in the top right.
