How to add Goal on Recertification/PN/Re-Evaluations?

Purpose: 
To guide clinicians in creating treatment goals for patient recertifications, progress notes, and re-evaluations within HelloNote EMR.

Scope: 
This procedure covers:

• Goal creation functionality for: 
  • Recertifications 
  • Progress Notes (PN) 
  • Re-Evaluations
• Basic goal naming and saving process

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Treatment Plan section
2. Click the blue Create Goal button
3. Select Goal category
4. Click the + (plus) sign
5. Enter the goal name/description
6. Click Save to store the goal

1. The blue "create goal" button is now available on Recerts/PN/Re-evals

This can be found under Treatment Plan >


Select Goal > Click on the + Sign then input the name of the Goal then Save
