How to share Evaluation Templates?

Purpose: 
To enable administrators to distribute evaluation note templates to all therapists within HelloNote EMR for standardized clinical documentation.

Scope: 
This procedure covers:

• Accessing template settings
• Sharing functionality for evaluation templates
• System-wide template distribution

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Menu > Settings > Evaluation Notes Templates
2. Locate desired template and click Actions
3. Select Share Template
4. Choose Share with all therapists
5. Click Save to confirm

To do this, from the Menu go to Settings > Evaluation Notes Templates 



Click on Actions > Share Template 



Click on Share with all therapist > Then click Save
