How to add a Schedule Widget on your Website?

This feature allows patients to self schedule directly on your website.



To get this simply reach out to HelloNote and provide your Website URL so we can add it to your Office Settings. Once added, you can then generate a code your for your Schedule Widget which you can copy and paste on your website.

PLEASE NOTE: At least one provider must have "Show in Widget" turned on in their user settings for this feature to work.

Procedure:

Go to Settings

Go to Schedule Widget

From here, you can set the forms that will be sent to your patients once they schedule themselves using the widget. Make sure to toggle Active.

Click on the Copy Icon to copy the code then paste it on your Website.

Things to know on the widget 

Visit Type > The visit Type can be customized in Hellonote's Settings > Visit type 


Putting a check on the Show in Widget will determine what Visit Type will be available. Not selecting any will disable the Visit Type in the Widget



Patients may request a schedule the next day onwards 



All requested schedule will be added to Hellonote's Waitlist feature - here a therapist will have the option to accept or decline the visit
