How to add a comment in Insurances?

Purpose: 
To enable users to add reference comments to insurance records in HelloNote EMR.

Scope: 
Covers the process of:

• Accessing insurance settings
• Editing existing insurance records
• Modifying the comments field

Procedure:

1. Go to Settings → Insurance and Payer ID
2. Click Actions → Edit Insurance next to the desired record
3. Add/edit text in the comments section
4. Click Save

To do this simply go to Settings > Insurance and Payer ID 



Click on Actions then Edit Insurance 

This portion will allow users to put in comments
