How do I customize my Help Center?

Purpose:

To guide administrators through the visual and structural customization options for the HelloNote Help Center, enabling branding alignment and improved user experience.

Scope:

This article covers:

1. Basic visual customization (colors/fonts)
2. Advanced theme editing (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) 
   Excludes:
3. Content creation/management
4. User permission configurations
5. Third-party integrations

Procedure:

For Basic Branding:

1. Navigate to Help Center settings
2. Select Branding options
3. Modify:
   1. Color scheme
   2. Font styles
4. Save changes

For Advanced Customization:

1. Access Theme Editor
2. Modify:
   1. HTML structure
   2. CSS styling
   3. JavaScript functionality
3. Preview and publish changes
