How do I view all my tickets I have submitted to HelloNote?
Purpose
To provide users with standard instructions on how to navigate, register for, sign into, manage passwords, and interact with support tickets (viewing existing and submitting new ones) within the HelloNote Knowledge Base portal (support.hellonote.com)
Scope
This SOP covers basic user account management and support ticket interaction features available directly through the HelloNote Knowledge Base website.
Procedure
- Go to https://support.hellonote.com/
- Sign Up (New Users)
- Sign In (Existing users)
- Reset Password
- Access Your Tickets
- Submit a New Ticket
Navigate to the HelloNote Knowledge base.
Use your web browser to navigate to the following URL:
https://support.hellonote.com/
Sign Up for the HelloNote Knowledge Base
Click on the “Sign In” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
In the bottom left-hand corner, you will see the option to sign up.
Enter the email address and password associated with your HelloNote Knowledge Base Account and click the ‘Sign In’ button.
Reset your HelloNote Knowledge Base Password
If you’re unsure of your password, simply click the ‘Forgot my password’ link located just below the 'Sign In' button.
Access Your Tickets
After signing into the Knowledge Base, click the downward arrow next to your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select the ‘My activities’ option.
The ‘My requests' tab will be displayed by default.
You can also submit support tickets directly through the Knowledge Base by clicking
“Submit Request” in the upper right corner of the screen.
