PTMantra - Logging in and completing the onboarding tutorial

Overview: Use these steps to sign in to ptMantra for the first time or return to an existing account.

Steps

1. Go to https://ptmantra.com/ and select Login.
2. Enter the email address registered to your provider account, then select Next.
3. For a new account, set and confirm a password, then enter the verification code sent to your registered email address and phone number.
4. For a returning account, enter your password and select Login.
5. If you forgot your password, select Reset Password, enter your registered email address, set and confirm a new password, and enter the verification code sent to your registered email address and phone number.
6. On your first login, follow the Onboarding Tutorial. Select Next to move through the tutorial or Skip to exit it.
7. To review the tutorial later, open the settings dropdown menu and select the tutorial.

Important notes

Keep access to the email address and phone number registered to your account so you can receive verification codes.

The guide says returning users can reopen the onboarding tutorial from the settings dropdown menu.
