What is the Census Report?

The Census Report shows the list of your active or discharged patient cases. This shows the Case Name, the Evaluation Date, the frequency and duration, and also shows when a patient's case was discharged.

To go to the Census Report, you can search in the Search Box as shown below or go to Reports > Note/Compliance > Census.
