How to View and Export Schedule as a PDF in HelloNote EMR?

Purpose: 
To provide users with the ability to generate printable/downloadable PDF versions of clinic schedules for offline access and record-keeping.

Scope: 
This feature allows:

• Exporting current schedule views to PDF format
• Printing physical copies of schedules
• Saving digital copies to local devices
• Preserving filtered schedule views in exports

Procedure:

1. Navigate to the Schedule view
2. Locate the export button (second from far right, paper-with-arrow icon)
3. Click the Export button
4. Select PDF as the output format
5. Choose to either:
   1. Print the PDF directly, or
   2. Download to your device
