How can I update the attendance status when a therapist cancels a session?
Purpose:
To accurately document therapist-initiated cancellations in the scheduling system for proper attendance tracking and reporting.
Scope:
This procedure covers:
- Marking appointments as therapist-cancelled
- Using the dedicated "Therapist CX" status
- Updating individual session records
Procedure:
- Locate the cancelled appointment in the schedule
- Click Open Event
- Select the new Therapist CX (Cancelled) option
- Save the updated status

To update the the attendance status if a therapist cancelled the session simple click on Open event
A new option for Therapist CX(cancelled) is now available if the Therapist cancelled the appointment.
