How do I fix “Fax Error message: ERR02: Login incorrect”?
Purpose:
To provide users with a solution for resolving fax transmission failures caused by authentication mismatches between HelloNote and Faxage services, ensuring successful fax communications.

Procedure:

Update Faxage Credentials:
- Log in to Faxage
- Navigate to Admin > Change Email/Password
- Set new credentials

Sync HelloNote Settings:
- Go to Faxes > Settings in HelloNote
- Click the pencil icon (edit)
- Enter the exact same credentials used in Faxage

Retry Failed Faxes:
- Navigate to Faxes > Status
- Resend any queued faxes

You are receiving this error because your faxage password and efax password in HelloNote are not a match.
Please follow these steps to fix.
1. Log in to https://www.faxage.com/login.php?fpwd=1, Click admin and Change Email/Password.
2. In HelloNote, navigate to Faxes and select Settings. Click the pencil icon to edit, and enter the same password you used in faxage.com.
3. Go to Faxes and Status, then resend your faxes.
