How do I use the telehealth feature?

Purpose:

To provide clinicians with a quick-start guide for initiating telehealth sessions through HelloNote EMR, ensuring secure virtual patient visits.

Scope:

This article covers:

1. Pre-requisite patient portal enrollment
2. Basic telehealth session initiation 
   Excludes:
3. Portal enrollment steps
4. Advanced telehealth settings
5. Troubleshooting connection issues
6. Multi-provider sessions

Procedure:

1. Verify Patient Access:
   1. Confirm patient is enrolled in the portal
2. Start Session:
   1. Navigate to Telehealth tab
   2. Click New > Yes to confirm
3. Join Session:
   1. Click Action > Join
   2. Wait for patient to connect
