How to save your E-signature on HelloNote?

Purpose:

To guide users through creating and saving a digital signature in HelloNote EMR for automatic application to documents requiring authorization, streamlining clinical documentation workflows.

Scope:

This article covers:

1. Accessing signature settings
2. Creating/uploading a digital signature
3. System-wide signature application 
   Excludes:
4. Document-specific signatures
5. Multiple signature profiles
6. Administrative approval processes

Procedure:

1. Access Settings:
   1. Click your profile name (top-right corner)
   2. Select My Settings
      
      
2. Create Signature:
   1. Navigate to E-signature section
   2. Draw signature using:
      1. Touch device (tablet/iPad) or
      2. Mouse/trackpad
3. Save & Apply:
   1. Click Save
   2. Signature auto-applies to all signable documents
