How do I export active patients list ?

Purpose:

To provide HelloNote users with instructions for generating and exporting a list of active patients to Excel format, enabling efficient patient management and record-keeping.

Scope:

1. Accessing the active patients report
2. Viewing and navigating the patient list
3. Exporting the list to Excel format 
   Excludes:
4. Exporting inactive/archived patients
5. Customizing report columns
6. Advanced filtering options

Procedure:

1. Access the Report:
   1. Go to the main Menu
   2. Select Reports > Patient > Active Patients
2. View the List:
   1. Scroll through patient entries
   2. Use keyboard search to find specific patients
   3. Navigate between pages as needed
3. Export to Excel:
   1. Click the Export/Generate function
   2. Select Excel format when prompted
   3. Save the file to your desired location
