How do I reorder notes ?

Purpose:

To provide users with instructions for changing the display order of notes in HelloNote EMR using the drag-and-drop functionality, enabling better organization of clinical documentation.

Scope:

This article covers:

1. Accessing the note management interface
2. Basic drag-and-drop reordering functionality
3. Saving the new note order 
   Excludes:
4. Editing note content
5. Bulk reordering options
6. Changing sort criteria other than manual ordering

Procedure:

1. Navigate to your Notes section
2. Click Note Options > Manage Notes
3. Locate the three-line handle (☰) next to each note
4. Click, hold and drag the note to its new position
5. Release to drop the note in place
6. The new order saves automatically
