How do I check active cases on Hellonote ?
Purpose:
To provide HelloNote users with instructions for accessing and filtering active patient cases within the system, enabling efficient case management and monitoring of therapist workloads.
Scope:
This article covers:
- Accessing active case reports through the Notes and Compliance section
- Viewing active cases organized by completion date
- Filtering options including:
- By therapist
- By insurance provider
- Cases with no notes
- Last note threshold
- Exporting active case data to Excel
Note: Does not cover creating new cases or editing existing case information.
Procedure:
- Navigate to Reports > Notes and Compliance > Active Cases/Lost Patient
- View the list of active cases, which displays:
- Therapist name
- Patient name
- Cases sorted by latest to oldest completion date
- Apply filters as needed:
- Select specific therapists
- Filter by insurance type
- Show cases with no notes
- Adjust last note threshold
- (Optional) Export the data:
- Click to export the report to Excel format
