How to set fixed rates for therapist invoices

Purpose:

To guide administrators in establishing fixed billing rates for therapist services in HelloNote EMR, ensuring consistent and accurate invoicing for specific treatment codes and locations.

Scope:

This procedure covers:

• Accessing therapist rate configuration settings
• Setting location-specific treatment rates
• Applying fixed unit rates for individual treatment codes

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Administration > Users
2. Select the desired therapist and click Action > Edit
3. Go to the Therapist Rates tab
4. Under Treatment Rates, click New
5. Configure the rate:
   1. Select the Location
   2. Choose the Treatment Code
   3. Enter the Fixed Unit Rate
6. Click Add/Save to apply

STEP 1: Go to "Administration" > "Users"

STEP 2: Click on "Action" and "Edit"

STEP 3: Click on "Therapist Rates"

STEP 4: Under Treatment Rates click on "New"

STEP 5: Select location and select the treatment code and add the unit rate and save
