How to Add a Case Manager to a Case?
Purpose:
To guide users through the process of assigning a Case Manager to a patient case in HelloNote EMR, improving case oversight and team coordination.
Scope:
This procedure covers:
- Accessing the Case Manager dropdown in Case Settings
- Selecting an assigned manager from available office staff
- Using the Patient List Filter to track cases by manager
Procedure:
- Navigate to Case Settings
- Locate the new Case Manager dropdown
- Select an office manager or staff member from the list
- (Optional) Filter the patient list by case manager:
- Click Show Advanced Filter
- Select the assigned manager to view connected cases

Case Settings -> now has a new dropdown for Case Manager. This will show all office manager and staff users. You can then use the patient list filter to isolate any patients that are connected to the case manager.
Click on the Show Advance Filter to show all options

I do not see Case Manager as an option in the Advanced Filters?
