How do I predefine static event category colors?

Purpose:

To enable administrators to set default color codes for static event categories in HelloNote EMR, ensuring visual consistency across schedules and eliminating the need to manually select colors for recurring event types.

Scope:

This procedure covers:

• Accessing the color configuration settings in Office Settings
• Defining default color associations for static event categories
• The administrative benefits of standardized event coloring

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Office Settings
2. Select the Schedule & Visits tab
3. Locate the Static Events Category Colors section
4. Assign preferred colors to each event category
5. Save configurations

Static Events Category Colors -> You can now go to Office Settings -> Schedule & Visits tab to pre-define the static event category colors as opposed to selecting them every time.
