How to Include "Facesheet" when Printing or eFaxing Notes?

Purpose: 
To provide users with instructions for including patient facesheets when printing or electronically faxing clinical notes, ensuring complete patient information is shared with the documentation.

Scope: 
This procedure covers:

• Accessing the facesheet inclusion option when printing notes
• Selecting the facesheet option during eFax transmissions
• The availability of this feature for both printing and eFaxing functions

Procedure:

1. When preparing to print a note:
   1. Locate and check the "Include Facesheet" option
   2. Verify the correct Note type is selected
   3. Click Print
2. When eFaxing a note:
   1. Follow the same facesheet inclusion process as printing
   2. Complete the eFax transmission

Make sure to check Include Facesheet and the Note type all together before clicking Print
