How to set Therapist Rates per Notes type?

Purpose:

To provide administrators with instructions for configuring and customizing therapist compensation rates based on different note types within HelloNote EMR, ensuring accurate payroll and billing processes.

Scope:

This procedure covers:

• Accessing the therapist rate configuration settings
• Adding or editing note type classifications
• Setting specific unit rates for different documentation types

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Administration > Users > Therapist Rates
2. Select the option to Edit existing rates or Add new note types
3. Configure the desired Unit Rates for each note type
4. Save changes to implement the new rate structure
5. You can add the fixed rate + the therapist rate by checking the ADD FIXED RATE box
