How to use the Chat feature?

Purpose:

To provide users with clear instructions on accessing and utilizing the Chat feature within HelloNote EMR, enabling efficient internal communication between staff members.

Scope:

This procedure covers:

• Accessing the Chat interface
• Initiating conversations with colleagues
• Basic messaging functionality

Procedure:

1. Click on the Chat Icon in the interface
2. Select Add a person to Chat with
3. Choose the desired recipient from the list
4. Begin your conversation

To use the Chat feature simply click on the Chat Icon 



Click on Add a person to Chat with 


Select the name of the person and start chatting.
