How to download multiple Notes?

Purpose: 
To provide users with clear instructions for bulk downloading multiple clinical notes from HelloNote EMR, enabling efficient documentation management and record-keeping.

Scope: 
This procedure covers:

• Accessing the note management feature through the Note List
• Selecting multiple notes for simultaneous download
• Using the print function to generate downloadable copies of selected notes

Procedure:

1. Navigate to NOTE LIST
2. Select Note Options > Manage notes
3. Check the boxes for all notes you wish to download
4. Click on Print to generate downloadable copies

To do this simply go to the NOTE LIST > Note Options > Manage notes

 

click the Notes you would like to download then click on Print
