How to recognize which office location the visit took place?
Purpose:
To provide users with clear instructions on how to identify the office location where a patient visit occurred within the HelloNote EMR system, ensuring accurate record-keeping and scheduling clarity.
Scope:
This procedure covers:
- Viewing office location information for visits within the Visits & Receipts section.
- Identifying the office name displayed beneath the case name when the schedule is for a different location.
Procedure:
- Navigate to Visits & Receipts.
- Locate the visit in question.
- The office name will be displayed beneath the case name to indicate the visit location (if different from the default).

Visits & Receipts > the office name will now display underneath the case name to designate if the schedule is a different location
