How to enable/disable email chat notification
Purpose:
To provide administrators with clear instructions on how to manage email chat notifications for users, ensuring proper configuration of notification settings within the system.
Scope:
This procedure covers:
- Accessing user settings via the Administration > Users section.
- Enabling or disabling Chat Email Notifications for individual users through the Configurations Tab.
Procedure:
- Navigate to Administration > Users.
- Click the Action Button next to the desired user and select Edit.
- Go to the Configurations Tab.
- Check (enable) or uncheck (disable) the Chat Email Notification option.

To do this simply go to Administration > Users
From here click on the Action Button next to the user then click edit
Go to the Configurations Tab and put a check on the Chat Email Notification
