How to Archive Cases?
Whether you're decluttering your workflow or organizing completed cases for future reference, archiving cases is a powerful way to keep your system clean and efficient. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the how of archiving, so you can focus on what matters without losing important history. Let’s make tidying up feel like progress, not paperwork.
Step 1 - Log into the EMR using your Therapist account
Step 2 - Highlight a patient(with existing cases) from the patient information page
Step 3 - Navigate to the notes tab
Step 4 - Click "Action" > "Archive" on an existing case
NOTE: You can only archive cases that has no notes inside. If there are notes, you will need to archive the notes first before you can archive the case.
Note: When archiving a note with existing notes, the user will encounter a hard stop
