How to Create Custom Note Templates?

To start creating Custom Note templates access the feature via Settings > Custom Note Template



Click create New Custom Note template

From here just enter the Name, Drag and Drop the components and click Save. 

To add a custom Note template into an Evaluation Note scroll to the last page of the Note > select from the drop down and load your new custom Note template.
