What is Archiving?

Purpose:
To explain what the Archive Button is HelloNote mean.

Archive/Archiving - to delete/store the data in HelloNote's Data Base. For example, when you Archive a Patient Profile, it will be deleted in your Office but still be store in HelloNote's Data Base and recovered when needed.
