How to Resubscribe to SMS/Email Appointment Reminders?

Purpose:

To guide users on how to resubscribe to sms/email appointment reminders

Procedure:

1. For SMS - To resubscribe, please send a SMS message to our line at 877-959-7808 with the words "resubscribe"
2. For EMAIL - Please email hello@hellonote.com and let the Support Team know once the email is sent
