How to use the POC Portal - Sending the POC via Email?
Purpose:
To send POC's via email to providers using the POC Portal.
Procedure:
- Needs to be enabled in Office Settings and set your Office Pin
- Select the patient
- Go to the Notes Tab
- Open the Case/Note List
- Click Actions
- Send to POC Portal
- The Provider will then receive the POC via email and the Office will need to provide them the Office Pin to view.
- Enter the OFFICE Pin and PATIENTID# to view
- Review the POC and Sign
- Once signed and submitted, it will be automatically uploaded to the patient's Documents Tab
Click Actions on your Evaluation and select the Provider you want to send it to.
This is what the Provider will received and they need to click on Review and Sign Document
Once they click on the link, they will be asked for the PATIENTID# and the PIN.
Once the OFFICE PIN and PATIENTID# is entered, they'll be be able to see the POC which they can sign Digitally.
Once signed and submitted, it will be automatically uploaded to the Patient's Documents Tab.
