Navigating Fiserv

1. Prepare Your Credentials.

Make sure you have your assigned username and password from Fiserv
If this is your first login, check for an email with account activation instructions.

2. Access the CoPilot Login Page

Open your browser and navigate to the official CoPilot portal -  www.cardpointe.com

3. Enter Login Information

1. Once on the login screen:

2. Input your username (usually email format).

3. Enter your password.

4. Navigate the Dashboard

After successful login, you’ll land on the CoPilot dashboard. From here you’ll be able to:

• view merchant accounts and their statuses

• track applications or onboarding progress

• access reporting on transactions and residuals

• manage device orders and activations

• process service or support requests

Once logged in you can review ALL transactions in detail including the status.

1. Navigate to "Reporting". You can search by transaction ID# in the HelloNote system. You can also search by card name as well.

   

    

   

   4. Refund Payments

   1. Navigate to "Reporting" 

   2. Pick a transaction you would like to refund and click the Transaction number

   3. Click the refund button
