How to access and use HEP (Home Execise Program)?

Purpose: 
To guide users on how to access HEP in HelloNote

How to access:

1. Select any patient you have on your patient list
2. Click on the HEP Icon in the Patient Information Tab
3. You'll be brought to your Patient Directory and Caseload. From here, you can start a new care episode or assign exercises to your Patients
