How can I transfer patients from one office to another?
Purpose: To guide users on how they can transfer patients from one office to another.
NOTE: This will move all patient information such as cases and notes but not the insurance information. Make sure to update the patient's insurance when you move/transfer the patient to another office.
Procedure:
- Click on the Magnifying Glass on your Patient List.
- Type in the Patient's Name or the PATIENTID# then click Search Patient
- Once you see the patient you want to transfer, click Transfer.
- Select the Office where you want to transfer the Patient.
- Once the office is selected, click Move to. A confirmation window will pop up confirming the action.
- Click YES and the patient will be transferred to the office selected.
