How to create visit limits without an authorization number?

Purpose:

To guide Office Administrators / Therapist on how they can create visit limits without an authorization number.

Procedure:

1. Select a Patient you want to limit the visits
2. Go to the Insurance Tab
3. Go to the Authorization Information
4. Click Add Authorization
5. In the New Authorization Window, in the Auth # Box, put a space in it. This will enforce the visit limits you add for the case in this section.
6. Save
