How to create visit limits without an authorization number?

Purpose:

To guide Office Administrators / Therapist on how they can create visit limits without an authorization number.

Procedure:

Select a Patient you want to limit the visits

Go to the Insurance Tab

Go to the Authorization Information

Click Add Authorization

In the New Authorization Window, in the Auth # Box, put a space in it. This will enforce the visit limits you add for the case in this section.
