How do I resubscribe to HelloNote appointment reminders?

Purpose:

To guide users/patietns on how they can resubscribe to HelloNote emails once they unsubscribe

Procedure:

1. SMS
   1. Send a message to 8779597808 with "START" message from the number you unsubscribed from
2. Email
   1. Email hello@hellonote.com from the email address you want to resubscribe with to state that you want to resubscribe.
