What is the Patient Total Note Count Report?

Purpose: 
To track and analyze clinical documentation volume by providing a count of notes per patient case for monitoring and reporting purposes.

Scope: 
This report provides:

• Total note counts per patient case
• Breakdown of documentation by individual cases
• Time-based filtering by month periods
• Documentation productivity metrics

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Reports > Clinical Documentation
2. Select Patient Total Note Count
3. Apply month filters if needed
4. Review note counts per patient case
5. Export or analyze data as required
