How to check Patient Notes with missing signature?

Purpose: 
To identify and track unsigned patient notes for compliance completion within HelloNote EMR.

Scope: 
This new report specifically:

• Lists all completed notes lacking patient signatures
• Helps maintain documentation compliance
• Identifies notes requiring follow-up signatures

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Reports > Patient
2. Select Missing Patient Signature
3. Review the generated list of unsigned notes

New report: Missing Patient Signature -> this shows you which patients notes were done, but no signature collected.

To access this, simply go to the Reports Tab >  Patient
