Active Patients report now has Age and "Date Added" column

Purpose: 
To enhance patient list management by providing additional sorting capabilities through age and date-added data columns in the Active Patients report.

Scope: 
This update includes:

• New "Date of Birth" (Age) column
• New "Date Added" column
• Improved sorting functionality
• Compatibility with existing export features

Procedure:

1. Navigate to the Active Patients report
2. Locate the new columns:
   1. "DOB" (displays patient age)
   2. "Date Added" (shows patient enrollment date)
3. Sort patients by clicking column headers
4. For additional information:
