How do I keep track of patients without Cases/Notes?
Purpose:
To identify active patients who haven't yet received therapist visits for follow-up and case management.
Scope:
This report filters and displays:
- All active patients in the system
- Patients with no assigned cases or clinical notes
- Patients not yet seen by a therapist
Procedure:
- Navigate to Reports > Patient > Active Patients
- Select the Without Cases filter option
- Review the generated list of patients

To view this you can go to Reports > Patient > Active Patients
Select Without Cases (This view will show all active patients that has not been seen by a Therapist)
