How to use the Patient Eligibility Report?

Purpose: 
To verify patient insurance eligibility and generate comprehensive reports for coverage verification within HelloNote EMR.

Scope: 
This report feature covers:

• Patient insurance eligibility verification
• Filtering by: 
  • Individual patients 
  • Case status 
  • Insurance providers 
  • Date ranges
• Export functionality for record-keeping

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Reports > Patient > Patient Eligibility
2. Apply filters:
   1. Select patient(s)
   2. Choose case status
   3. Specify insurance provider
   4. Set date range
3. Click Generate to view results
4. Check eligibility:
   1. Click Check Eligibility for individual patients
5. Optional: Export to Excel using the export option
