Purpose: 
To identify completed patient visits lacking corresponding clinical documentation and facilitate timely note completion by therapists.

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Reports > Clinical Documentation
2. Select Missing Notes Report
3. Apply date range filters if needed
4. Review the list of undocumented visits
5. Follow up with assigned therapists

This report is used to identify patients that have successfully been seen but still have missing notes for the corresponding visits. This report can be utilized to remind therapists about outstanding notes. The report can be filtered by date range.
