Purpose: 
To identify incomplete clinical documentation and help therapists complete pending draft notes for compliance and continuity of care.

Scope: 
This report provides:

• A comprehensive list of all patients with draft notes
• Visibility into incomplete documentation
• Tracking for timely note completion

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Reports > Clinical Documentation
2. Select Draft Notes Report
3. Review the list of patients with incomplete notes
4. Assign or complete outstanding documentation
